Kangamangus Trail - September, 13 2006
Julie suggested we do something besides playing golf and thought a ride on the Kangamangus Trail would be fun. I agreed (anything to avoid playing a game(?) that is giving me fits). We took the Ford and I road in comfort and style. The weather was not perfect but the rest and relaxation was great. The Trail starts in Jackson and ends in Conway thirty-five miles later. Since we were right next door we decided to go north five miles to North Conway and see if we could support the economy in factory-outlet-city. Fortunately we didn't find much so we had lunch and headed back. Next time I want to travel up route 100 in Vermont. The following are a few picks of the Trail. Those of you who have Flickr have seen them already.

I'm skipping down to the stream to get a better look.

Surprisingly I made it.

Looking upstream you can see the water is a little low.

Downstream isn't any better (wonder why).

I catch a candid of Julie and the view.

This one is of the other direction (Julie's fast).

Julie storing up some cocktail conversation.

Overlooks along the way provided this and following pics.

The camera doesn't do it justice.

Another vista.
